When I realized that clarknextre where handling the sale at 736 grand ridge rd Seaview I was concerned that this was going to be very difficult as previous dealings with Mr Clark ,Dean Mcfarlane and Ben who all said they would return my calls regarding the property in hogans lane Trafalgar south over a period of nine months but never did. But I could not be happier the way Daniel Sheehan who handled my purchase at Seaview I got to meet the vendors Penny and Bill and we have a great arrangement .It was not easy as I had a problem with the bank valuing the property as a commercial rather than a home loan but Daniel was very help full in working through the issue. He has restored my faith in the company and I cannot thank him enough regards Bryan

Fantastic Agent
Daniel made the whole process of selling our property easy, from the initial visit, working out the price, the visit by the photographer and then the inspections. Daniel kept us updated with the dates and times of inspections and the interest being shown by the various parties. Daniel was easy to approach and answered any questions honestly and promptly. He was again right there when we wanted to look at a property with a view to purchase. I can not recommend Daniel highly enough.

Daniel is a diligent agent, has very good communication skills.
We thought Daniel a good Real Estate Agent, who kept us informed of our Purchaser’s progress re obtaining finance, there were some hiccups along the way but we all got there in the end. I initially was disappointed with how Daniel and Mat came up with out selling price by comparing our property with others. I had to fight to list for what I knew our property to be worth which was $50,000 more than their lowest price of $400,000 - $430,000. Sometimes one should not compare properties with others as they are all different. One should list on uniqueness, presentation, gardens and situation of property. i.e close to all facilities. We listed for our price and got full asking price. Finishing on a positive note Daniel did listen and we got our first offer in 4 days. Well done. Liz and Gerry.

Gets the job done!
I first met Daniel Sheehan at the initial meeting with Clarke NextRE. He sat on the side lines not saying to much at this meeting. After this it was full on. Selling strategy evolved and detailed into actions, people organised and enquiries followed up and turned into offers very quickly. The communication coming from Daniel was perfect - not too much, not too little but always full of substance. Daniel is a very dependable, credible and a professional gentleman. When I came into contact with buyers who were looking at selling their properties to potentially buy mine, I found myself recommending Daniel to them purely due to the integrity he portrays. I found very, very quickly I could trust Daniel. I have dealt with a few real estate agents and in my opinion he is definitely among the best going around.
