When all other agents were telling me that market is down and it is hard to sell at this time of the year, sandeep was the only one who was confident to sell the property within a month and he delivered within 2 weeks and on good price as well. This proves he have great negotiation skills to seal the deal. He helped me to negotiate successfully all the issues arised during settlement with the buyer. Sandeep conduct himself professionally and tried his hardest to work with me in the given time slots because of nature of my profession. He kept me well informed at all times during, before and after the process of selling and explain the every process thoroughly which displays his knowledge about his job. His communication skills made it easier for me to understand throughout the journey of selling. Sandeep is straight forward, down to earth, soft spoken, he is man of his words and integrity. He helped me along the way with few other things related to selling of property, which was not his job. I am really grateful to him for giving me hope and confidence and keeping it high at all time during the process. I rate and recommend him highly. In future, he will be my first choice.
