I have found the staff to be fantastic, from when I first inspected the property to how fast they put my application through. The communication has been excellent and moving in was made easy, which was great as it was a very emotion move. The candle and key ring was an extra bonus. Unlike other real estates, on the condition report, they actually added nearly everything that I had spotted and more. The only problem I have had found was the program used to apply, as it was not as user friendly as others, had problems uploading documents and pics and asked questions not relevant to a rental application. However once it was in, it was a smooth ride.

Kenzie’s communication and prompt responses have been amazing. From the very first time I met her at an open house inspection Kenzie was polite, friendly and willing to answer any questions happily. We are so grateful to Kenzie & Rachel for helping us getting into our new home. After being told our rental home for the past 10 years was being sold we were quickly running out of time and they went above and beyond to help us out with inspections that worked around our busy schedule and very fast response to our application.
