Kenzie was absolutely AMAZING! We were looking for many weeks and encountered her at inspections. Her call to advise us we had been successful was met with excitement and assistance. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Rachel and Kenzie at Ray White Doreen for their attentive and responsive care towards us when we were trying to find a rental in this competitive market. From inspection, to signing the lease and picking up the keys to our new home. They were even presented with a lovely candle in white and yellow ribbon that said "Congratulations!" I felt so welcome and am looking forward to a long tenancy relationship with the team at Ray White. Even in the first week they were prompt at organising the required safety checks, addressing any issues and taking immediate action when required. They were also helpful in answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We are so happy with the exemplary service provided to us by the property managements management team!

Rachel and Hayley have been awesome! Both on the professional side of managing our property but also on a personal side. They have been very helpful as we live some distance away from the property and are unable to get there for the little things, especially during our handover/purchase of the property.
