Scott looks after properties for my whole family and friends of mine too (even had the pleasure of looking after my ex's place, that didn't go so well). I turn to Scott and the team for not only sales advice by buying advice and a whole range of other things. He's 'my guy' nower days and I don't bother with other estate agents. One thing I have found, which kinda disappointed me to begin with but he demonstrated the truth shortly there after - his prices are never particularly high, every time he quoted me for a rental value or a sale value I was kinda, 'eh, really, is that all'? I wanted more. But every time he demonstrated that the price picked was the right price because the market reacted and the transaction occurred within the timeframe specified. So don't get stressed if it feels like he low balls you, he's not - it's actually reality!

My property was tenanted at the time of sale and was presented very poorly. Scott did his best with Open Houses but prospective buyers were 'put off' by the presentation. Scott regularly informed me of all feedback, open house numbers and potential interest. Scott advised and supported me with the amendments required to improve the presentation of the property. He regularly met with me at the property out of my work hours to discuss and review requirements. Scott worked extensively to provide guidance and connections with 'trades' to get the house up to standard. Within a couple of weeks we had the property ready for the Open! It was Open the following Saturday. 10 people through, half took section 32s and 3 were very interested. I accepted an offer the following Tuesday within my expectations. Thanks Scott!
