Our experience with Mark Burke was an excellent choice. Mark knowledge, communication and professionalism is at the highest level. He never once left us wondering what we had to do for the successful sale of our home. We had 6 home inspection and in that time there was over 100 people that came through our house. I sent a message to Luke online via ratemyagent.com and got a call immediately late at night. Luke came by as quite knowledgeable about his area of selling - Frankston. We bought the property from Luke, like the way he communicated with buyer, so I pretty much tell Luke you are going to sell the property for me, he actually reached out to me right before I trying to call him to discuss, as imaged everything went through smoothly, we didn’t have to talk much, after first meeting on the site , Luke have already provided me the timeline for the next steps, he updated me follow every opening and sold it in week 2, we definitely going to work together again!

Luke was so good. Mean this in the best way but this man is not wired properly. Never expected an agent to call and text all hours of the day and night to give updates and talk strategy. He has a very keen eye for detail and knows exactly what he is talking about. Luke was very clear on different types of strategies from the start and we listened and thankfully we did. With his advice and the hard work from him and the team during the campaign we were able to get the result we were after and enjoyed the journey along the way.
