Excellent Communciation and a Great Result in a Tough Market!

Luke was fantastic throughout the sale of my home. He kept me informed at every stage, communicated well, and I was comfortable and able to have frank conversations with him about the market and my expectations. He sold my home after just three weeks of opens during a very tough market, with very low buyer numbers. While the final price was a little less than I would have ideally liked (isn’t that always the case!), I genuinely believe he achieved the best possible price given the current climate. Luke also recently sold my sister's property and advised them to go to auction rather than accept a pre-auction offer, which ended up getting them an extra $80,000. His advice and instincts have proved spot on, and I'm very happy with the job he did. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

A Rare Combination of Relentless Energy, Exceptional Communication and Incredible Skill

I’ve dealt with plenty of people over the years, but I’ve honestly never met anyone quite like Mark Burke! The first thing you’ll notice is his energy. It just never seems to stop. He’s genuinely one of the most positive, enthusiastic and fun people you’ll ever meet, and somehow manages to make what is usually a stressful process feel enjoyable. Every chat left me in a better mood, and I’ll genuinely miss catching up with him now that the property has sold. Mark has a really unique way of doing things. The whole campaign felt relaxed and enjoyable, but at the same time everything ran like a well-oiled machine. His communication was outstanding, he always kept us in the loop, and it was obvious he was giving 100% every single day. What impressed me most was how much he genuinely cares. He’s just as committed to getting the best outcome for his sellers as he is to looking after buyers, and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does. It’s not an act, he simply loves real estate, loves people and brings everything he’s got to every campaign. There’s a reason people call him the King of the Pines. Just look at the results he’s consistently getting in the area, they speak for themselves. If you want someone who’s incredibly skilled but also makes the whole experience genuinely enjoyable, I couldn’t recommend Mark highly enough. He’s one of a kind!
