Luke impressed from our very first meeting when he gave a very good assessment of our townhouse, what he felt we could get for it, what we should do to improve our chances of sale (basically, declutter!) and how he'd approach the sale. Once we went to market, we were very happy with the signage and his communication. Then, he sold our townhouse extremely quickly and for a price we were happy with. We couldn't have asked for more!
