Luke acted very quickly to secure my sale contract, and I was somewhat sceptical of his assessment of the likelihood of a quick sale. However his knowledge of recent comparable sales was impressive, and his pricing strategy made sense to me. In the months since the sale, I have watched, and concluded that his marketing was excellent.
