Outstanding service, knowledge, professionalism and a great guy.
Luke, Sophia and the team at OBrien have been outstanding. From the first conversation I had with Luke, aside from being friendly, down to earth and relatable, I could tell he had a real passion for what he does, and now that we are at the tail end of the process it's apparent he is fantastic at it too. For something most will only do a small number of times, being a significsnt event I expected it to be quite stressful (I have heard from others), our experience was not stressful at all. Luke was always on the front foot throughout the entire process, ensuring we understood the process, proactively providing clarity and keeping us updated at every step.
