Working with Andrew was the best thing we did to Auction our property. We have had our rental properties managed by Andrews team for over 15 years. Outstanding delivery of results
I asked Mark to outline what his professional recommendation would be for selling our propert to get the best price. We implemented the plan Mark outlined. We worked cooperatively together during the campaign, Mark kept me updated on things i needed to know/do. I did say to him that i didn't need him calling me everyday, as i wanted his energy to go into finding a buyer, and thats what he did, we had hundreds of people through the property at the opens, About 90 at the auction, and importantly 5 bidders at auction. To say this delivered well above our expectations is an understatment, it blew us out of the park, we were truly delighted with the overall experience and the outcome,
