Excellence and knowledge
Mark was absolutely fantastic to deal with and has a great knowledge of real estate and the whole sales process. After being out of the property market for a while mark was able to find us a property off the market and was able to secure it for a great price. He also provided a number of contacts that have helped with the whole buying process. Highly recommend and look forward to working with mark again.

Andrew Milne was extremely professional and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured in any way.
When I originally began looking for an agent to sell my mother's home, Andrew contacted me immediately. We arranged a meeting and he was right on time. There was no high sales pitches and he gave me, as it turned out, an extremely accurate estimation of what her unit was worth. The only thing that he was wrong about was the time it would take to sell. He told me, "before Christmas" when in fact it took 5 days!!! My experience with this company was nothing short of first rate.

Fantastic communication &a caring approach
Andrew kept in touch with us during the months when we were deciding whether to sell. He was always courteous and helpful without putting any pressure on us to make a decision. He was very sensitive to our situation in having to sell my elderly father’s home and we could not be happier with the result. We obtained an excellent offer within one day through the benefit of Andrew’s extensive data base of prospective purchasers. The Contract was unconditional within 3 days and Andrews team of Tia and Sophia made the paperwork extremely easy. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team at OBrien Real Estate Frankston.
