Mark helped me sell my house in a difficult time.
I found mark to be very energetic and prepared to offer me plenty of advice to consider in the sale of my house. It was in the Coronavirus period, and I believe that he gave all his energy and in-depth experience, to benefit the purchasers and myself to come up with a satisfactory sale. Mark is brilliant and the real deal!
Mark was the most honest and upfront agent. I have been with a few agents as I have searched for properties over the years. Mark was diligent in getting everything from the house inspection to the signed contract with all other requirements prepared for a smooth transition into the property market. There was also much humour shared which made purchasing my first property so much more enjoyable. Mark maintains his professional demeanor with his fantastic personality. We have known Andrew for about 20 years, in that time he has sold a few houses for us and family members. He has never failed to get a good result in a very quick time. He is a good communicator and is trustworthy. In these difficult times he has managed to help us sell my father's house in Rosebud in just over a week which had enabled him to enter an aged care facility without any stress. Andrew always provided helpful market insights and achieved a great result.
In October 2019 I approached three Frankston agents seeking local market knowledge and a recommended marketing campaign designed to achieve the optimum result for the sale of my townhouse. Two of the agents were very keen on a short term auction format. Andrew did not support this tactic and advised that, due to the size and quality of the townhouse, private treaty was the best way to go. Andrew's estimation of the value of the townhouse was also significantly higher than both of the competing agents. Andrew was appointed and I advised him that the property would be prepared and ready for sale in mid February 2020. Over the ensuing months Andrew kept in touch on a regular basis to ensure that things were on track and during this time he also assisted with local tradesman contacts for minor works. Several potential buyers were shown the property prior to the official marketing campaign and one of these made an offer which was accepted.
