Great agent
Tia has great communication skills, responds quickly to requests, provides finishing touches like plants to help sell property, had all papers ready without any unnecessary delays and sold our unit much faster than expected. We would be very happy to use her services again in the future

Highly Highly recommended!
We decided to choose Tia as our agent after interviewing several agents in the area. We were first home sellers so we wanted to be sure we had someone who could clearly explain what was required and help meet our needs. We also wanted someone who saw the potential in our property and was passionate about it. I would say we weren't the easiest clients but Tia was not daunted. She answered every question we had succinctly and helped us to understand the process. During the sale of our house, our fence fell down and we had a few other problems. We were also overseas during the whole process. Tia went over and beyond to help us communicate with our neighbors, organize quotes, contact the council and liaise with our insurance company. We would have been a complete mess without her help. And of course she sold our property at the amount we wanted and within a quick time frame. She was available to us throughout the process, even after the house had sold she always replied promptly to our emails and calls. Tia is hardworking, professional, respectful, understanding and knowledgable. Our words are not enough to express our high opinion of her.

Geniune and Professional
Tia has been a brilliant agent since our first meeting at a property we were inspecting. She is very approachable and genuine while maintaining a high level of professionalism. After our first meeting with Tia at the inspection we requested that she complete an appraisal of our own property and found her honesty to be an asset along with her knowledge of practices outside of the real estate industry including legality. Tia communicated all information exactly how requested in a timely fashion and assisted in making our sale as easy transition as possible. Tia also went above and beyond in assisting us when doing research for our new property, including coming to an auction with us on a Sunday morning. I highly recommend Tia for anyone wishing to sell their property.

Very Helpful and attentive at all times
Andrew and his Staff have been outstanding with their service given to me over the few weeks of selling my home, always letting me know with a phone call if prospective buyers cancelled their appointment or were coming to view the property.
