The Best Real Estate Agent in MELBOURNE

When we first contacted Braden to provide us a quote to sell our house, he came across to be like all other agents we had met prior. It was very apparent very quickly that he was not the average Agent. Let me take this time to explain. Firstly we where very clear on how we wanted the house marketed which Braden offered his view but agreed to proceed along our direction. Private Sale instead of Auction ( in hindsight, we should have taken his advise to go Auction). When we where preparing our house for inspection time, Braden even turned up in his overalls with a water pressure cleaner to clean the windows and offered to mow the lawns and landscaping. After receiving several offers which we wanted to accept, Braden told us to wait as he felt he could get more. How much more 10% more. For his commission it would be minimal, but for us it was a huge amount and allowed us to purchase a better home. I could not speak highly enough about Braden, his methodology on selling houses and his integrity in doing. I would also make myself available to speak to any proposed clients to verify my enthusiasm and support for Braden as a true honest agent who has his clients interest first. If only other agents could ""drink"" what he offers.
