Gareth and Harrison took all the stress out of selling our apartment. From the get go they took charge and walked us through the sale process, answering all of our questions and queries with patience and professionalism. Despite the hurdles of lockdowns, they arranged for virtual viewings and managed to arrange to squeeze in a last minute inspection that ultimately resulted in our buyer getting through. They negotiated a fair price with the buyer ensuring that all parties were happy, and seamlessly communicated with the tenants, buyers and vendors/us through to settlement.
