Hendrik did a lot of the groundwork alongside with our requested agent Max Martinucci. We had a challenging situation getting the property to market and from all aspect's (Hendriks/Mine/Tenants) I heard good reports on the execution of a very delicate circumstance, and a demonstrable good outcome (Property went to market on the agreed date). Having Hendrik on the same platform/campaign comparing with a seasoned veteran like Max makes it hard to know how to do this rating; and it feels a little tilted. Hendrik did a great job professionally, from the client end I recommend working on how to relate to people at their level. Its a very nuanced comment and very hard to quantify because he conducted himself so well. I think working with Max puts him exactly in this space rounding off this professional persona moving forward. Hendrik was open to our feedback in his work and adjusted it accordingly.
