Gareth went over and above when liaising with potential buyers, the tenant and the owners corp on an apartment I listed for auction. The location was also across town which wasn’t an issue for his team who managed all inspections and provided me with regular updates. In the end Gareth achieved an above market result for me. Right from when we asked Gareth to come over because we were planning on selling our home, he treated us like intelligent human beings and drew on his wealth of experience to provide helpful pointers on how to best present our place and how to maximise the number of people through the home in a difficult market with absolutely no strings attached and completely separate to any sales pitch. He was always calm and professional and presented the options we had in a logical and rational manner, helping us plan for possible scenarios. His local insight was important in bringing potential buyers to the table and then delivering a result that exceeded our expectations.
