Matt was more then an agent for us, given our circumstances the empathy shown by Matt was exceptional. His attention to detail, his caring yet professional manner and knowledge of the market were extraordinary. He worked so hard for us, he if this is possible is the most honest real estate agent I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend Matt and his team and we will definitely be using them again in the future. If I was to sell there wouldn’t be a decision to be made, if I was buying and Matt was the agent it would be one of the reasons I would buy it.

We feel very fortunate to have sold our place through Mathew. He went above and beyond our expectations prior to our property being put on the market and made the sales process easier than we could have imagined. What made him stand out was the time he invested in explaining how and why things were being done. Whether it was just popping in to discuss recent sales in the area, or advice about things we could do to present our property in the best way to potential buyers, he was always helpful and conscientious. If we could give more than a 5 star rating we would.

Matthew is probably the best agent we have dealt with. It was never any trouble to assist us with anything , arrange a time or inspection. Matthew is quick in responding, and doesnt waste a buyers valuable time by being straight down the line and honest. The experience was stress free and he was very pleasant to deal with so far. We met Matt for the first time during a private inspection, which he was more than happy to arrange for us. There was no "hard sell" approach, just an honest and open discussion on the local market and the property we were inspecting. One further inspection, again willingly conducted by Matt outside of normal hours, we signed the contract. Matt's conduct during negotiation was always very professional and respectful of our position. He went out of his way to arrange a time for us measure up bedrooms, windows, etc., and on the day of settlement, met us at the property to hand over the keys, thoughtfully getting there before us to turn on the heater. Having had dealings with many agents over the years, Matt is definitely an agent we would recommend.

Matthew had excellent knowledge of the market and was excellent and easy to deal with. The Auction was ran in a professional manner - although the property was passed in and sold later. It was unfortunate that my price expectations were not met but that was due to the rapidly falling market and not the agents performance.
