We lived interstate, and we were looking for an agent to sell our investment property in Sunshine. Once we met Danielle, we knew she was the right person. She is such a down to earth person, and is so easy to speak to. As well as an agent, Danielle is an auctioneer too. This was an added bonus, as this meant we only dealt with Danielle 100% of the time. As this was an investment property, we wanted to paint, recarpet and for the sale process, dress the house with furniture. Danielle provided us with contacts, and she liased with the people involved, again, because we were interstate. Communication from Danielle during the process was crucial. We could easily contact Danielle and vice versa anytime, any day. After open inspections, we always received a phone call letting us know how it all went. For a very stressful time for us, Danielle made it easy, guided us about the real estate market in Sunshine, the price guide, and the auction process. We trusted her 100%. Out of all this process, we also made a great friend too, and we would recommend Danielle for the sale of your property.

It was by sheer fluke of luck I found Danielle. We had our home listed with a very well known family agent in Sunshine for a whole year!!!! I went to an auction, that was run by Danielle, in the same area as our home as I wanted to see the results of the sale. Danielle blew me away! We were in awe of the way the auction ran! She engaged nearly EVERY SINGLE person at that auction, even crossing the road to speak with people! She was captivating and more importantly got amazing results! Not long after we sacked our agent and I called Danielle. We also received assistance from Sweeney’s property agent, Andy, to remove an undesirable tenant. Danielle was true to her word. I received a calendar with scheduled opens and times we would be called. Which she followed! Not once did I have to call or chase her. She gave us amazing advice and once our home was listed it sold.....4 weeks!!!!! Her negotiating skills were unbelievable and really helped push up our sale price. I wish I had more houses for her to sell. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Danielle to anyone who is looking at selling their home. We very, very highly recommend her.
