To Whom it may concern, I would like to to express my thanks to Danielle Fordham of Sweeney Real Estate for the successful sale of our parent's property at 7 Hassett Street North Sunshine. The hugh decision to sell our parents family home of 50 years was made easier with the professional advise and marketing submission presented by Danielle. Her honest approach and attention to detail was most helpful in deciding on whether to sell at action or private sale. The campaign was professionally handled with excellent photos and text in brochures and in the local paper, plus a good internet site. Danielle provided regular feedback following viewings and internet communications which enabled us to be part of the whole process with very little stress.
