From the very first conversation I had with Danielle I could understand why she was getting such great results. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and provided clear and sound advice about how to proceed with the sale of our home. Danielle's customer service was outstanding. She is the most sincere and respectful estate agent I have ever met. She is extremely reliable and is very honest about what is realistic, based on a very astute knowledge of the market in Sunshine and buyer behaviors. Danielle regularly updated us on the progress of the sale and reliably reported back to us after each inspection. She was diligent throughout the sale period, from planning the advertising to the day of the auction, always working hard to get us the best result she could. And she did. As a home owner, I have been following the local property market (Sunshine and surrounding suburbs). Danielle has consistently been one of the best agents, if not the very best, based on the great sell prices she has achieved for her clients during recent years. Therefore, naturally, when it was time to sell, Danielle was at the top of my list. In addition, she has achieved good prices for properties similar to mine in a record time. 2. Selling a house that’s been your home for over 20 years and where you’ve spent some of the best days of your life is HUGE, so picking the right agent was very important to us. Danielle Fordham was one of several estate agents we approached about selling our property. It is always hard to chose an agent to sell your house. There is so much to consider, but in my case it was easy. Danielle Fordham of Sweeney in Sunshine presented as a confident, self assured young lady with a plan that suited me and fell into place with my ideas for the sale. She had charm and a presence whenever she presented herself and an ability to communicate with a variety of client and nationality and she was cool under pressure. My first house sold way over my reserve because Danielle worked extremely hard, sticking to her outlined plans and bringing countless potential buyers through during inspection times. It sold for $50,000 over reserve. It was a brilliant campaign and thrilled me with such a positive result. When I decided to sell my second property I had an easy decision to make. I rang Danielle and asked her to sell my house for me. She obliged and we had another brilliant campaign. She had record numbers through for the inspections and the difficult thing for me was choosing a reserve price. I had an offer which was way over my original reserve. I declined it because of the extremely high interest in the property. On auction day the interest was extreme. The auction was intense and so exciting. Danielle and another agent each had a client and they extracted every dollar that they could during the sale and in the end drew a result that was exceptional for me and way over the initial offer by $90,000. I was absolutely thrilled with the whole campaign and the final result. Danielle had worked so hard for me and achieved all of what she had offered. She is easy to work with and gives you confidence in what is such an overwhelming time in your life. You know that everything is under control and that Danielle is on top of it all. August 10th 2016 Att : Danielle Fordham Dear Danielle Thank you for your efforts in selling my Mothers home in Buckley Avenue North Sunshine. It is an emotional time selling the family home of 52 years but your efforts in guiding us through the process made everything much easier. When selling a property you need an agent you feel comfortable with and someone a purchaser will also relate too. This was a big plus for Danielle. Danielle presented all our options clearly and concisely, and even though guiding us, left all final decisions in our hands. Never did Danielle push for a quick decision, we always had time to think things through. In summary Danielle's best attributes would be We felt with Danielle it was just not another sale. Danielle has a genuine interest and obviously loves her job. Practical advice on presentation. Honesty. Straight to the point. Thankfully did not tell us she was the best real estate agent in the land. But we think very close. Communication and feedback regarding open house, inspections, and just touching base was exceptional. General knowledge of the area and market was second to none.
