We bought our first home at auction through Danielle. Danielle was easy to deal with. She was responsive to questions and always honest and open. On auction day she worked hard for her vendor and was professional and friendly with all potential buyers. Her follow through after purchase has been excellent - she has stayed in touch and helped out with getting some extra details about the property to help us arrange maintenance etc. Recommended.

The staff at Sweeney Estate Agents, Sunshine were an amazing group to deal with in the selling of our house. Ben was wonderful in helping us to sell our place. He was very well organised and informative related to open for inspections (OFI) timing (before and after), discussion about the OFI and following up on the required documents. Benny and his team especially Sang Nguyen were very well prepared and always available to chat and SMS. Benny provided a selling price we agreed with and deliver it with expectation on auction day! Benny was fantastic from the very first phone call right through to the end. He was very honest and always clear and explained all processes throughout the whole experience. Was always in touch throughout openings and sales negotiations. I would highly recommend Benny to anyone who wants an honest and trustworthy agent. Danielle did a great job selling our unit in Albion. She was very cool headed & guided us throughout the entire process. While we faced some challenges early on in our campaign, she remained very professional & upbeat. Although we didn't end up selling at auction - she was able to negotiate a sale the following Monday & for good terms. I would be happy to recommend her to any future potential vendors.

Benny's professional relationship with us even extending past our sale with his and Cindy's attendance at Our Fathers funeral.
