Glenn and I first spoke on Wednesday about property ‘A’ I was interested in viewing but could not make it to the Thursday night scheduled inspection time. After patiently listening to the list of attributes mum and I were look for, Glenn asked whether I would be inspect property ‘B’ that very night and in return he will take mum and I to property ‘A’ afterwards. He explained that property B would be more suited to our preferences. Given his willingness to accommodate, mum and I agreed to his proposal. After viewing both properties on Wednesday night, we had a frank discussion on Thursday morning about the pros/cons of each property. It was clear that property B was much superior in every aspect. Glenn asked how much I thought property B was worth, and how much mum and I would pay for it. I gave him a roundabout figure and he said, if that’s the amount you are willing to pay then you would be in the top few bidders. He insisted that we should seriously consider attending the auction on Saturday. We didn’t really believe him. To be fair on Glenn, this was more of a reflection from our recent experiences with other agents in the area (it wasn’t great). However, given that Glenn went out of his way for mum and I, we thought the least we could do is accept his invitation to attend the auction on Saturday, even if we couldn’t afford property B. On Saturday 25 June, we arrived just in time for the auction to commence. We did not even had time to inspect the property again. Once the auction started, there was no holding back. Despite strong participation from about 5-6 bidders, we won the race. Mum and I could not believe it. Glenn was quite right when he said we had a good chance. Settlement is set with all the financial mechanics in place. Once again, mum and I are very grateful for Glenn’s remarkable insight of the market and his willingness to go that extra step for everyone involved in that transaction. The professionalism by Alex Dacakis and Glenn Warnick in carrying out the task of selling our property of the abovementioned address was of exceptionally high standard from O to Go. After watching Alex at a local auction I talked to Glenn and he came to my property immidiatley after that same auction. Within a day Alex came along with Glenn and he advised me what was the best way to get an optimum value for the property. I signed up for an auction to be held on the 18th June 2016 up until which day Glenn sent me weekly reports of enquires made re the property, and was available to my enquires I made to him via the phone. On the 18th of June 2016 Alex carried out the Auction to my utmost satisfaction and sold for an amount I wanted.
