What set Glenn apart from other real estate agents for me was that he was in no way pushy, he genuinely wasted to get the right price for our house but he didn't give us the usual used car sales man pitch. The way he advertised our house was great and it sold within a week and although it was for private sale he had 4 people in the end at our second open houe inspection in 3 day trying to outbid each other. It sold that night. Glenn works very hard for his clients aiming to get the best price yet being respectful to potential buyers. I would highly recommend him and if seling another home I would choose Glenn without a second thought

Glenn recently sold us a property. He is great. He even managed to get us to pay more than we were expecting to for the property. So if you are selling that's obviously a great thing & Glenn's your guy. I've purchased 4 houses and Glen has been the best real-estate agent I've dealt with. He made the buying process so much easier and went out of this way to help with an unexpected issues that arose. His communication was great throughout the whole process and he was friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him as from my experience he really goes out of his way to help both parties involved and made the whole process an easy one, from viewing the property, signing of the contact , right up until settlement.
