I had not sold at auction before and Geraint Gardner and his team not only allayed my fears but were very transparent at every step of the way so I felt confident I was making the right decision in going to auction. Geraint's team kept me fully informed, through text messages, phone calls and gave me updates whenever open inspections were held. They provided weekly summary reports of how many people came through the property and also gave me indications of how many 'genuine' buyers there were. I was not disappointed on the day of auction! Geraint got a price well above what I had said I needed for the sale and was totally professional throughout the process.
