We felt very comfortable with Abby , she kept us informed on every aspect of our sale we never felt left out. I believe she got the best price for our property. We have dealt with Obrien's Real estate on Phillip Island through Jamaie Morris she was the one who contacted the Wantirna office . We didn't get the price we hoped for but I believe we got what it was worth

Abby was an excellent representative of us in the recent sale of our unit in Boronia. At all times we were pleased with the professionalism of Abby and her team and were very happy with the final price settled on. When we first met Abby she outlined prices/fees and expectations clearly of both agent and seller and she was friendly and helpful with pointers in preparing the unit for the sale. The only negatives that bear mentioning are; upon receiving an offer Abby then renegotiated the previously agreed commission to the agency's advantage, and the photos of the unit were never supplied to us as buyers despite requesting them. Overall we were happy with the sale and with Abby as an agent.
