We love Abby
From the moment we walked into the first house inspection at the property, Abby’s bubble personality stood out from the rest of the crowd. She nailed the delicate balance of giving us enough space as we walk around, and being close enough that when we had any questions or concerns she was there to help. She qualified us perfectly and we left with no questions not being answered. The second house inspection Abby focused her attention on what we wanted out of the house, what we would change, where we would put our furniture. She helped out with some more questions and gave us a bit of insight into the area. This was our first home purchase and as much as we wanted to feel in control, we had no idea what we were doing. Abby went above and beyond during negotiation, making an offer, and the wait period until we had unconditional approval on the house to offer us help during the process. I appreciate that not only has she got her commitment to the Vendoor but that she was always there when we needed help with anything. Communication with Abby was easy and fluent and I want to thank her for embracing the text message. This meant a communication channel could be kept during the entire process day or night without feeling obtrusive. I can’t speak for the Vendor, but as a first home buyer I would HIGHLY recommend Abby to purchase from and I can only hope in the future if it comes time for us to sell she is still available.

Fantastic real estate
Abby did an amazing job getting a great price for my house, on a busy road, in a declining Melbourne property market. She was always upbeat and positive and had great communication skills and she displayed great adaptation skills in a difficult market where houses just don't sell themselves anymore that the difference between getting a good price for your house/ or a sale at all, is a good agent . She typifies these attributes and I would definitely get her to sell my next property and would fully recommend her to future clients. Very satisfied customer.

Real Estate Excellence
As a small developer, we hadn't used Abby before but decided to talk to her having noted the great results she was getting in the area. Abby impressed us from the start with her enthusiasm and likable personality. We thought if she is like this with us as sellers, she will be like this with buyers and therefore, she will get the best result the market can give. And she did. Right from our first meeting, we were impressed with Abby’s passion, energy and understanding of the market. Her advice and recommendations were spot on and resulted in a fantastic campaign with a great outcome for us. I loved how the whole team at O’Briens Wantirna worked together on our sale. In my experience, this is rare with agents and really sets O’Briens apart from the rest. Geraint is a strong leader of the team, and was hands on during the campaign. This made a huge difference when he then was our auctioneer on the day. His skills as auctioneer are exemplary, and his intimate knowledge of our potential bidders made a huge difference - so much more effective than the practice of hiring in an auctioneer for the day. Could not be HAPPIER
