Cynthia recently acted on our behalf as selling agent for our city townhouse. At all times throughout this important process, Cynthia showed a high level of professionalism. Her extensive knowledge of and experience in selling similar properties in this location were clearly evidenced and highly valued by us. Cynthia managed all aspects of this process including preparing the property for sale. She has excellent contacts with skilled property stylists, tradespeople and cleaning contractors. Cynthia ensured that our property was presented for inspection to prospective buyers at the highest level possible. She liaised with us at every step, ensured that all documentation was in place and met with us at the property to ensure that we were totally happy, prior to open inspection.
