James is diligent, thorough and insightful. His market knowledge (backed up with exhaustive research) was critical in presenting, marketing and pricing my property. Notwithstanding his always immaculate appearance he was quick, when needed, to hop on the broom and roll up the garden hose. His reporting during the whole process (including both immediately after and before every inspection) was extremely detailed - allowing me to clearly track the level and nature of interest throughout the sales campaign. He was always in contact with me and responded to my queries promptly (within an hour or so if not minutes). His service was exceptional. I have used his services twice recently and would certainly do so again.
