I had the privilege of selling our family home that I built 22 years ago through Mark Bressington of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate in May 2017 and could not have been more delighted with both the professional and personal attention we received during the sale. We were selling a loved family home to move towards our retirement so the process was emotionally stressful but Mark was supportive in all our decisions from my fear of open inspections to setting a price we were all comfortable with. As I did not wish to show an over-styled soulless home, Mark and his team were excellent in encouraging my own desire to style the house and as a proud home owner the final result and stunning photos showed our home at its best. I was concerned with open inspections as a very private person but again Mark and his team treated my home and the viewings with great respect. We only had to have two short openings and with three serious buyers interested, Mark worked tirelessly to achieve the price we wanted. I can not recommend Mark and his team more highly. I initially interviewed three agents and my final decision came down to who would I buy a house from. Mark was the person I felt was the most honest and professional. I will never regret my decision my only regret is to not now have a reason to chat to him. My experience makes me more than happy to highly recommend Mark and his team.
