On marketing, the OC marketing suite of tools were certainly a clear differentiator in positioning our property to a broader audience with the printed material offering a far better presentation layer to engage the potential buyers. In particular the 3D walkthrough technology I felt provided the buyers a way of taking the time to better explore and understand the home so they are much better educated on what they are ‘actually’ buying. Although hard to measure, I do feel it would lead to greater conversion rate whilst weeding out the fence sitters.
