Anthony is enthusiastic, but realistic about the property market. We appreciated his recommendations in terms of having a short but decisive marketing campaign followed by a twilight auction. I was impressed by Anthony's willingness to meet some potential purchasers outside usual open for inspection times. In our case Anthony was selling a property at Balmain outside his usual area; this made no difference to his ability to obtain a terrific price for our waterfront apartment. Anthony is reliable and a fantastic communicator. There were three vendors involved and he kept all of us "in the loop" at all times. Anthony was a delight to work with and is backed up with a terrific team.

We would highly recommend Anthony and his team. He (and James Dorran) ran a three week campaign culminating in an auction. The Unit was sold for above the reserve price and we were very happy with the outcome. We found Anthony to be transparent. He listened to us and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. We did not need to chase him up for feedback. He was also helpful in getting the property ready for market by providing honest feedback and also referrals to trusted tradies who were able to complete certain repairs within a very short time frame. Being a smaller boutique real estate agency also meant that the service was very personal regardless of who you spoke to. All of this made the process so much less stressful.

From the outset Anthony’s warmth, sincerity and enthusiasm stood out. It was very difficult to part wth our father’s home of 60 years.
