Overall, the experience was good. The team was professional and helpful during the process of getting the offer through. A small area for improvement would be providing a bit more support and reasonable assistance to the purchaser after the offer goes unconditional and payments are made, as buyers may still have a few questions before settlement. Vish and Mehul both have done an excellent work in selling this property quickly ( was sold within a week ) without listing. During the whole sale process they maintained a regular and soothing communication, provided upto date updates regarding changing market conditions and had very good negotiations skills to close the sale of the property.
