Very disappointing experience purchasing a property through this agency and dealing with Vish Safi. Before the purchase, many promises were made, but after settlement they became completely unresponsive. It took one full week after settlement day just to receive the house keys. It has now been over one month and they are still holding $2000 in trust while failing to complete the agreed air conditioning installation. Calls, emails and messages are ignored, and communication has been extremely poor. This situation has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend buyers be very careful before dealing with this agent. Buyers Should Be Very Careful – Not Recommended At all.

Overall, the experience was good. The team was professional and helpful during the process of getting the offer through. A small area for improvement would be providing a bit more support and reasonable assistance to the purchaser after the offer goes unconditional and payments are made, as buyers may still have a few questions before settlement. Thank you to the whole team and especially Vishal & Mehul for the cooperation and support throughout the process.

Vish and Mehul both have done an excellent work in selling this property quickly ( was sold within a week ) without listing. During the whole sale process they maintained a regular and soothing communication, provided upto date updates regarding changing market conditions and had very good negotiations skills to close the sale of the property.
