We appointed Kylie as our selling professional because of her no nonsense approach to the business as well as her proven track record, specifically, in parkhaven , where we have a unit. Kylie knows the market , the area, the specific property type and has a long list of successful sales, evidenced by the number of times her name pops up on the “units for sale “ board. The sale of our property was listed, inspected, sold and concluded within 30 days!! Impressive!!

The Efficient and Effective Agent
From start to finish Kylie Tredrea went above and beyond in relation to selling our property for the price we requested. From dealing with Public Trustees, organising contractors to paint, garden and bond clean the house all at a very reasonable price. Kylie ensured to let the contractors in and out of the property and kept us updated at all times via email, phone and photographs. As we did not live near the property, this service was wonderful to receive. It was hassle free with Kylie in charge. We felt looked after, listened too and everything we asked for was completed or offered to be actioned by Kylie.
