Great knowledge and advice = a stress free and successful sale!
I have dealt with Kylie for a number of years, but this was the first sale she has handled on our behalf. We took quite a long time to present to market, and her knowledge and communication of the status of the market was invaluable throughout this time. Never pushy, but always available, Kylie is a refreshing positive presence in her profession, and her commitment to her clients is impeccable. She is the first agent I have worked with where there was absolutely no 'friction' , and will be my first point of contact for professional advice in the future.

Five star rating.
We met Kylie earlier in the year, when looking at another property with a view to downsizing. We were delighted when she approached us later in the year with a property which we felt was more suitable, and which we purchased. We were only too happy to allow her to market our existing property, which she did very professionally, and successfully. Nothing has been a problem, she was easy to contact, and has met all our requests promptly and with courtesy.

Easy, no drama's, professional and knowledgeable.
I engaged Kylie because of her knowledge of the area, but in particular her knowledge to do with my mother's unit in the over 50's area. She knew everything to do with the body corp and it's rules etc, it ment her ability to list and sell the property was lighting fast, correct and saved me a heap of time. I'd recommend Kylie to anyone buying/selling. Her judgment on the potential value of the property was very good. Josh.

Kylie Tredrea is the ONLY agent to use!
I met Kylie about five years ago as a buyer when she sold my property to me. Kylie has been quite an experience as a Real Estate Agent. Nothing seems too hard for Kylie. Everything is handled with a smile and in a friendly manner. Advising how to present our house to be photo ready. Competently managing our complex 'put and call' contract and the many dependency clauses that came with it.
