Enthusiasm for unconditional contract
Kylie has good communication and knowledge. She was able to help us with all of our questions. Her knowledge of the property was useful when seeking body corporate information and tasks where processed in a timely manner. Although at times her enthusiasm for a unconditional contract felt premature, and some of our decisions where undermined, the end result was prosperous. Quick sale, good price
