I came across Wendy as an agent because I had seen her signs around Holloways Beach and contacted her. I found Wendy very honest and fair in her dealings. Best of all she knew what the local market well. Other appraisals given to me by other agents said maybe my property was worth 260K, Maybe high 200K . They were all quick to point out the reasons why it wouldn't sell for the price I had hoped to get. Wendy came along and was a breath of fresh air. Positive, very reasonably priced for upfront costs. Best of all we sold for 55k above my first agents appraisal. Really glad I went with Wendy!
