Wendy did so much more for me than just achieve a sale for my property. Being an absentee landlord whose tenant left the property in a bit of a mess Wendy happily coordinated the works that were required to bring it up to scratch to market it. I took advantage of her offer to style the house for sale and I was really impressed with the results. Wendy conducted three weekends of open houses and the property then went under contract.
