Julie worked one on one with each client for 1 year from start to hand over & collection of keys. Julie project managed 40 homes being built every year, over 200 homes in total. In April 2014, although still managing the builds of properties in Adelaide, Julie became a qualified Queensland licensed Real Estate agent and qualified Buyers Agent and began representing “Online Property Sales” on a part-time basis. In April 2016, Julie began full time with Online Property Sales and Rentals. In this time Julie has also been a property developer for the past 18 years and has an eye for detail when it comes down to home specifications & inclusions. Julie has travelled the world extensively and has inspected properties for sale all around the globe giving her a world-wide knowledge of many vast properties.
