Agent from One-Agency Coolum contacted me regarding potential of selling our Investment property. Communication was excellent & a number of buyers were shown through the property. Eventually, it was listed on Real Estate.com.au & a contract signed after 1st open. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but the agent had a second buyer & contract signed in the event the 1st one fell through. The Agent also took the time to speak personally with the tenant… an excellent tenant … & the 2nd buyer was happy for her to remain in the property. The sale did take some time , as it was during the Christmas/ New Year break. Post sale, Julie followed up to complete paperwork. Her communication was very good & her manner professional. We were very pleased with the sale process.
