Amy's market knowledge is exceptional along with her communication. She was always available if I had questions. She explained things clearly and made the entire selling process easy. I researched real estate prior to listing my property for sale and Amy's selling in my area for the prior 6 months was above everyone else so I reached out. She messaged back immediately and inspected the property the next day, which was a Sunday. She also worked out how to best communicate with me and times which made things alot easier and did not impact me during working hours. Her reporting of sale information, inspections and enquiries were clear and informative, which she also followed up with a text or phone call to discuss further. For property inspections, I had 5 orange trees that dropped alot of fruit, she would pick the fruit up to have the property looking nice and tidy, I believe these little things make the difference in a sale and that service is above and beyond. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone for future listing's as she goes above and beyond with everything she does.
