Friendly, knowledgeable and always shows genuine care.
Rob was fantastic to work with! His support and approachability made the whole house-buying process way less stressful. He’s really down-to-earth, always ready to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. We’re really thankful for all his help and genuine care. I’d definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable real estate agent.

More than happy
Amy has given us exceptional service before, during and after our sale. She is very knowledgeable about the business and the local market and helped guide us through the somewhat daunting process in a kind and caring manner. She brought our sale in at a better than expected price and I highly recommend her services

Agent extraordinaire !
I have had 2 interactions with Liam, one to purchase & the other to sell, both have been a positive experience. He knows his market & he gets to work quickly to achieve the result. Very professional & caring, he kept me updated regularly. I very much appreciate Liam & his work ethic, he is an asset to One Agency. I have no hesitation to highly recommend Liam Tebbutt.

Energetic, hard working and pleasurable
Assisted us with good advice in preparing the home for sale. Kept us informed about all aspects of the sale period. Given that we were three hours from the home, Ami made it easy with the many little things we needed to do to facilitate the sale. Ami also helped us with all the complex paper work leading to exchanging contracts. Sadly we couldn't get the price we wanted but Ami tried her best.

Professional Knowledgeable
Robert was very professional right from our first conversation in regards to having an Appraisal done. Robert was very helpful with everything involved in the Selling of the property, as I was new to everything that had to be done. Robert kept me up to date with every stage involved. Robert and Amy are very professional and caring. Highly recommend Robert and Amy.
