Liam & Caitlin (One Agency Nowra) explained the process, gave me a timeline of steps we are taking to sell. They also gave me the current market value and comparable prices of recent sales in the area. They both kept me up to date with what's happening and started the process with a strong sales campaign. They were always available to talk to me and answer all my questions even after hours. Amazing dedication and negotiated on my behalf as a vendor we had a great open house, and they sold my property with strong negotiations for my target price. My house was on the market for only 5 days I found them both very professional with strong communication skills and friendly in nature. I was recquainted with Robert while getting a coffee on a Sunday. I was thinking about selling my property and asked him for a market appraisal. Without hesitation he was at my place in an hour, he gave my place the once over, we chatted and agreed to market the property! Photos were done and the property was listed in a week.
