Genuine, extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
I have been looking at a few properties with Rob over the last few months. I found his style very genuine and knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive and went out of his way to make appointment times possible for us. We finally found the ‘one’ and during the negotiation process Rob was honest and available at any hour to answer my many questions! Amy is so welcoming and knows the market and she doesn't bullshit.
I felt like I was dealing with family/friends, confident and secure/happy honest real estate brokers. I know hard to find. But they are. I wouldn't use anyone else in this area. They know the market, very professional and are very great with communicating. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Seamless and uncomplicated.
Robert was honest and clear from the first property inspection. Throughout the process of buying the house, he stayed in regular touch to keep us informed of developments. He has always made himself available for inspections which suited us, often after hours due to work commitments. The process of buying the house has been seamless and uncomplicated, which is really good for first home buyers!
