Before deciding to put my property on the market, I’d been watching sales for apartments in the area for over 6 months. Daniel’s ability to sell property at a great price and quickly, was evident and spoke for itself. When I called Daniel to come for an appraisal I immediately felt a professionalism and confidence I’d not seen in any other estate agent. Daniel knew property, he knew it well, he knew how to market it, and he knew his target audience. It was easy to go ahead and sign an agency agreement allowing Daniel and the team to sell my property. Why? Because I trusted him. Selling a home is an emotional process and sometimes as owners, it’s easy to get caught up in the process and start not to think with a clear mind. What was great is that Daniel allowed the emotion, but guided me gently through the big decisions. Daniel absolutely went above and beyond on so many levels. He was available anytime of the day or night to answer questions... and here’s the deal with the sale.... HE SOLD IT IN ONE DAY FOR A COMPLEX RECORD PRICE.... Better yet? The apartment hadn’t even hit the market yet!! Daniel had a buyer in mind who loved it.. and I received a phone call at work telling me it was sold for an amazing price. He’s an amazing agent. We made the very hard decision to put our family home on the market, and after careful consideration and based on a well educated recommendation we put our sale in Daniels hands. From the minute we signed the contract we were immediately impressed with Daniels speed and efficiency in getting our home on the market quickly. We were able to contact Daniel every single time we called, were never left in the dark, and for novices in selling like ourselves, he walked us through the process with a down to earth manner, showing his immense knowledge in both the market and people in general. Daniel not only made the process simple, but he achieved a result for us that we weren't sure we would reach, and all in about 10 days. Above all of this, and what we appreciated the most was that Daniel showed a genuine love for our property and never once treated it just as a "sale". We cannot recommend Daniel enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in selling with him again. He is an excellent communicator, negotiator, and a really great guy. We couldn't be happier.

Daniel Could Sell and Igloo to an Eskimo. Unfortunately I'm an eskimo. The house was presented by Daniel and his team with quite a lot of the vendor's furniture etc in the house so it was difficult to see some of the problem areas that appeared to us once we gained the keys to property. For example, there was apparently a leaking window in one of the bedrooms that stained the carpet and was covered by the bed. The downstairs bath had a really low wattage light globe that was lit during inspection and therefore we, nor did the inspector/inspection report, notice the crack in the fibreglass tub. These are just two examples out of many of the presentation of this property that appears to have hidden problems that we became aware of only after moving in. Additionally, we expected a built in buffet in the dining area that was missing when we received the keys from Daniel. To be specific, Daniel did the final walkthrugh to obtain the keys for us and he did not notice nor inform us that this piece of furniture was missing. While not specifically listed in the contract, the molding around the furniture was painted to match and cover the side of the buffet and this appeared to us to be a built in addition. When I called this agent he was not sympathetic and said to call the owners. The auction itself was very weird as we were the only bidders but Daniel had us go through with bidding via auction anyway. We realized at the time and are convinced now that this was to ensure that the sale proceeded under auction conditions. Overall we have a bad taste in our mouths from this purchase and while the agent is not 100% to blame with all of the issues at the property we feel that the issues that we have had to fix and resolve should have been disclosed from the beginning. We would not have purchased this house knowing what we now know about it and we will not be buying/selling/or renting another property from this agent or his agency.

Well" we did what we weren't going to do? And that was buy before we sold ,but as what usually happens we found a joint we fell in love with, and had to get rid of our old reliable family home and this is were Daniel excelled in getting the house up to speed to sell and sell fast. Photos and promotions looked unreal and made us feel like not moving out, and his commitment to sell and buy with minimal fuss to the Family and Family Business was commendable. Would I use him again.YES

After having issues with my "other" agent who was 'supposed to be' looking after my investment unit in Engadine, when it came to selling, I decided to talk to One Agency which coincidently just happened to be within walking distance to the unit. I am glad we did decided to talk to Daniel because his positive and sincere attitude convinced us to use One Agency as our selling agent. Even before we signed up with One Agency, Daniel helped me with replacing lighting, colour selection so I could repaint/refresh some of the rooms and also removal of items left in the garage by the previous Tennant, (how many real estate agents do you know who would roll up their sleeves and help you like this) I/we couldn't recommend a better agency than One Agency when you come to selling. We got more than we were expecting and a very quick sale
