It was a good experience with Daniel and his team.
Daniel and his team of assistances were all available when we were expecting them and carried out open homes with the utmost care of our home. We were always informed as to what was happening after the open home was finished. We went to auction and our home was sold even though we ended up with only 1 bidder. We all thought there would be more but are very happy with the end result.

Daniel works incredibly hard and he did an outstanding job.
While OneAgency is relatively new I think he's going to make an impact and I think he's here to stay. He'll bring a depth of experience from a successful career in corporate sales and real knowledge of people's feelings to your team. Plus he's a great guy, he's fair, and if you buy or sell your house with him you will probably even have fun!

Great Agent
To Daniel Makovec's potential future clients, You have found someone who is trustworthy, client focused, experienced and who also has immense knowledge of the local area. Daniel "One Agency" handled the sale of 57 Cambrai Avenue, Engadine with an over reserve outcome at auction. Daniel's suggestion to go to auction was daunting however accepting his expertise in real estate I agreed. He gave me updates on a daily bases with prospective buyers whether it be positive or not plus his marketing campaign and after hours communication to all who showed the slightest interest, his determination to showcase the property by doing letterbox drops all resulted to an excellent auction with 10 registered bidders. Awesome agent
Daniel was absolutely amazing from day one nothing was too much for him he always kept us 100% informed of what was going on. He was always available when we needed his assistance and we always felt comfortable discussing any concerns with him that came up as well as helping us through all the emotional aspects of selling a home. Seasoned professional and a good bloke
We found Daniel very easy to deal with, and on each occasion we met, whether discussing the purchase of the place we won at auction or others in the area, he pretty much got the auction price spot on prior to auction day, so can't fault his market knowledge. As a buyer, he was very open and honest and easy to deal with. As a seller, we can see he will do what he can to get the true value of the property in the that days market.
