Isaac Nguyen is an amazing agent. The quality of his work far exceeded all my expectations. I contacted Isaac when I decided to sell my house and it was the best decision I made. I first heard about Isaac through a friend and that person also had a lot of wonderful things to say about him. As the house I sold was a townhouse, many other agents did not even want to take the task on to sell it. They felt that the market for townhouses was down. However, when I contacted Isaac about it, he had such an enthusiastic and positive spirit about it. It was then I knew I had to go with him to sell my home. While my house was being sold, I was overseas. Despite the fact that I was far away and the difference in the timezones, that didn't stop Isaac from making the process so easy for me. Isaac ensured that I was kept updated with inquiries about the house, the open home that he held during the sale of the house and other information that I might need to know. Isaac worked so hard to get me the best possible price and he even made sure that we didn't settle for the first offer. Instead he got me more buyers and helped me to negotiate it with so much ease. People often think that selling a house can be quite stressful, and yes it can be especially if you can't be there in person. However, throughout the whole process Isaac patiently and diligently answered all my questions and allayed any fears that I might have had around the process. To say that Isaac is an amazing real estate agent is an understatement. He truly exceeded all of my expectations and words are truly not enough to express how grateful I truly am for him. Isaac was recommended to me by a friend. She said trust Isaac he knows what he is doing and will get you the best price. He works by referral so he needs to look after you. I did my due diligence interviewing multiple agents first before deciding. We chose isaac based on his professionalism, friendly and likable persona and his wealth of experience negotiating.
