Market knowledge was first rate. Excellent sales pitch of how they would sell our home. We felt really comfortable with Isaac and his wife would sell right by us. Then things changed, - A couple of missed communications around the inspections and follow up communication. - at one stage someone we didn't even know did our inspection, only to find out who they were after I questioned it with the team. - in the end, if you employ Isaac as agent, don't expect Isaac, we dealt almost exclusively after the first 2 weeks, with his 2nd and 3rd agent. If we had of known this we would have likely not gone with them, as I like to meet who i am dealing with. We didn't get to meet the people who ended up selling our house. All our negotiation was then completed by this 3rd agent who we didn't initially know about. They were all great people, but keeping the seller informed is number 1, this felt like it was forgotten. I still recommend them, But with consideration to improvements in their communication.

If I had a second chance, I would not choose him to sell the house. There were many things, he had lie to us: - Before we signed the contract, he promised the commission including advertisement fee. But he did not put into the contract and it was our mistakes no to check the contract carefully. And he totally denied what he had said when collecting the commission and we ended up with paying extra for the advertisement. - Our 1st settlement was cancelled due to an issue with the bank, he pressured me a lot to give the keys for buyers before the 2nd settlement being scheduled. He said that the buyers had arranged removalist, stopped the rent in order to move in immediately on the 1st settlement day. 4 days later, we came to check the property and found that the buyers did not move in at all. Even they had not set up electricity or internet for the house. - My house was sold with the price we expected and we had told him the price range before signing the contract. However, to other home owners which is his potential client, he said that he sold my house 40,000 above the price I was asking. I hope that, by writing my experience with him, people will know and won't make the same mistake as I did and hopefully the real estate agent should pay attention more to improve his professional ethnic.
