I called Tracey on the morning of an open house of the property I wished to inspect as I could not make the open house times. I was only in Brisbane on this weekend as I live at the central coast. Tracey called me back within 10 minutes. Tracey was very polite, professional and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I visited the property at 4pm that same afternoon. Tracey showed me the property wirh enthusiasm and kindness. She has been so helpful, informative and patient with my dealings with both RAMS (who were difficult in there dealings) and the vendor. She even helped with a thankyou gift for the vendors as the negotiations with RAMS were quite tedious and slow. I can not praise Tracey highly enough and am so grateful I made initial contact with her to buy this lovely property. She is not only very professional but very caring and easy to talk to.
