AMAZING AGENT
We were first home buyers when we met Sharon, so as exciting as it was looking at new houses, it was pretty scary too not knowing what to expect and how to deal with it all. With all the 5-6 houses we seen, Sharon was the most welcoming, happiest and amazing agent we had met that it gave us good positive vibes. Superb agent
I am so grateful for the recommendation that led me to Sharon. From the first meeting, Sharon gave me great advice, was positive and noticed all the little details to make our home stand out in the market. She asked lots of relevant questions and has a great passion for our area. Sharon negotiated a great price for us and it was under contract before the second open home. However, she didn't stop working once the contract was signed...she continued to work with the buyers through the building and pest and finance clauses and also worked with potential purchasers in case this contract fell through. We were extremely happy with the level of communication provided to us throughout the process and the boutique feel of a small agency with a super competitive commission rate. All in all, if you want an agent that will work with you, negotiates well and is a pleasure to talk to, give Sharon a call.
